Welcome to Hags with Rags Cleaning Service. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services
Hags with Rags Cleaning Service provides residential and post-construction cleaning services in the Chicago area. Appointments are scheduled by phone or through our website contact form.

Payment
Payment is processed after the cleaning service is completed. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and credit card payments. A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.

Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Communications
By providing your phone number, you may receive text messages and phone calls related to your appointment and service updates, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Insurance
Hags with Rags Cleaning Service is fully licensed and insured, carrying both general liability and workers’ compensation insurance through Grange. While we take great care with your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
